My work with the Starkey Hearing Foundation spans 4 continents and 9 countries. Over and over, I witness an awakening before my lens.

Eyes alight, as sound is perceived for the first time. Often, tears of joy flow, while other times, the world is too loud and overwhelming. For certain, nothing will ever be the same from this moment on.

Annually, the SHF provides the gift of hearing to over 100,000 children and adults by fitting them with hearing aids—offering a renewed sense of hope and forever changing their potential to participate in life.
